The Gasdaska Verdiglione Conlon (GVC) Team is built on a foundation of excellence, integrity, innovation, and collaboration. Specializing in luxury residential, commercial, and new development transactions, the team serves high-net-worth clients across New York City, New Jersey, and Florida.

With over 50 years of combined experience and more than $2 billion in closed deals, co-founders John Gasdaska, Jonathan Conlon, and TJ Verdiglione lead the team with an unmatched level of expertise. John began his real estate career in 1999, followed by Jonathan in 2002. In 2006, they formed The Gasdaska Conlon Team, where they developed a reputation for success in NYC’s competitive market. The team also established long-standing strategic partnerships with seasoned brokers Sharon Baum and Elyse B. Gutman. In 2014, TJ began working closely with prominent developers in NYC and New Jersey. He joined The Gasdaska Conlon Team in 2019, and in 2020, he launched his business in New Jersey and then Florida, The Verdiglione Group. In 2024, the three leaders united their teams, combining their extensive industry knowledge and deepening their shared commitment to client satisfaction.
